Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is looking for an Apprentice Estate Agent to join Manners and Harrison in Sunderland. You will support the sales team, handle enquiries, register buyers, and assist with property viewings while you work toward a professional qualification.

You’ll receive ongoing training, 1-to-1 coaching, and industry-leading in-house development. The role offers a clear path to progression within Connells Group and the wider property sector.

Qualifications

• Be motivated to pursue a career in sales and property.
• Be focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Be enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn.

• Hold a full UK driving licence or be learning to drive.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the sales team and wider business.
• Handling day-to-day enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face.
• Registering customers and assisting them in their search for a home.
• Visiting properties and supporting branch activity outside the office.
• Canvassing for new business opportunities and potential sales.
• Carrying out accompanied property viewings with customers.
• Earning monthly commission, alongside benefiting from industry-leading in-house training that complements your apprenticeship.
