Apprentice - New Business Centre

Location: Head Office, Springfield Lyons Approach

Salary: Apprenticeship rate, with excellent progression opportunities upon completion

Hours: 5 days per week, including Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy and supportive New Business Centre team at a well-established company within the property sector. This is a dynamic and varied role that involves scheduling appointments, generating new business, building relationships with vendors and buyers, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

You will be employed on a government-backed Apprenticeship Scheme and receive ongoing work-based training while working towards a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent qualification. Upon completion, there are excellent opportunities for career development and progression within the company.

What We're Looking For
  • A motivated and enthusiastic individual with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems quickly
  • Previous customer-facing experience is desirable but not essential
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous, as some travel to other branches may be required
