What You'll Be Doing

As an Apprentice at Mitie, you'll make a real impact from day one. Your journey could include:

  • Completing apprenticeship modules within set timescales
  • Attending accredited training as required
  • Traveling to client sites as needed
  • Completing daily task reviews and documenting on-the-job training
  • Ensuring compliance with NSI standards and company quality standards
  • Wearing uniform and PPE at all times
  • Adhering to H&S regulations (depending on age)
  • Acquiring and maintaining basic hand tools as required
  • Following company policies and procedures
  • Reporting deficiencies or safety issues
  • Using work equipment and PPE properly
  • Reporting issues or training needs to your manager

As part of your apprenticeship, you'll be enrolled onto a Level 3 Fire and Security Apprenticeship, typically lasting 36 months. You'll be supported by our partnered college with weekly college attendance, advice, e-learning, and expert support.

Our dedicated Apprenticeship Team will support your growth and help you achieve your goals.
