Responsibilities
  • Undertake a formal apprenticeship within the crane environment with structured work-based training.
  • Maintain health, safety, and welfare standards for yourself and others.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately.
  • Follow a set rotation and training plan.
  • Investigate customer problems and prepare technical reports.
  • Assist team members as needed.
  • Focus on all product types and develop related skills.
Skills & Experience
  • Grades A-C or 9-4 in Maths, English, and Science.
  • Interest or background in engineering.
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for learning with high attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
