We're currently looking to recruit a Civil Engineering Apprentice to join our engineering team in Southampton. You'll be responsible for assisting the team with all aspects of Civil Maintenance on a day release basis.
You will need to have a Level 3 qualification (any engineering discipline), hold GCSEs in 5 subjects at grade 5 or above (must include Maths & English) and ideally have a full driving licence. The role is a 4-year Fixed Term Contract working 4-days a week on the port with the 5th day spent at Solent University studying for your Level 4 Civil Engineering Senior Technician qualification. We always look to retain our apprentices into permanent contracts following the conclusion of their fixed-term apprentice contract.
