The Greenshields JCB Apprentice Scheme combines college education with on-the-job training, supported by comprehensive training at JCB’s world headquarters. Greenshields JCB offers top apprentice schemes in the South East of England, with excellent long-term career prospects.

The Greenshields JCB Service Engineer Apprenticeship is a three-year program that includes:

• 12 weeks of study per year (subject to change) at the National Construction College for NVQ Level III in Land Based Construction Machinery in Bircham Newton, Kings Lynn (transport and accommodation provided)
• 3 weeks annually at JCB Manufacturer Training School
• Ongoing self-development through JCB’s online training platforms
• NVQ Level III in Land Based Construction Machinery
• Shadowing and mentoring programs
• On-the-job workshop and field training supervised by a senior engineer
• Health and safety training
