The Apprentice Engineer will work under the supervision of the engineering team to develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out CBM activities, electrical & mechanical fault finding, diagnosis, routine & reactive maintenance, testing, and repair techniques.
• Participate fully in the training program, including relevant courses to develop your proficiency & professional competence.
• Take ownership of your development by maintaining your workplace portfolio and college work logbook.
• Learn about the AM/PM process to cover all equipment across the site, including defining, standardising, and training Safe Systems Of Work (SSOW) & Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP) and understanding their impact on business strategy.
• Participate in equipment reliability planning to reduce failures and minimize their effects.
• Support the Cost Deployment process through cost-effective project participation that delivers performance and financially driven projects, forming the Capex Road Map for the site.
