Job summary

Busy Bees is offering an Early Years Apprenticeship in the UK. This role provides hands-on experience in a leading nursery group with mentoring through your qualification. You’ll learn how to plan activities, support children’s development, and build strong relationships with families.

As an apprentice, you’ll receive dedicated learning and development, guidance from a development coach, and a clear path toward a long-term career in childcare within Busy Bees Education and Training.

Qualifications

  • Be passionate about childcare and motivated to start a career in Early Years
  • To meet funding eligibility, you must have been a UK resident for at least 3 consecutive years
  • Evidence of Maths and English achievements (GCSE Maths and English grade 3/D or above or Level 2 Functional Skills)

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework
  • Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure children's individual needs are understood and met
  • Contribute to safeguarding of all children
  • Work toward completing your apprenticeship within the expected timeframe
  • Show enthusiasm, curiosity, and commitment to your own development

Required Qualifications:
Essential Criteria
