N Family Club in Chertsey, Surrey, is seeking an Apprentice Educator to gain hands-on experience while working toward an Early Years apprenticeship (Level 2 or Level 3).

You’ll rotate through nursery rooms, provide safe, inspiring care, and build toward becoming a qualified educator on completion. This permanent, full-time role offers a clear career path within our innovative early-years group.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our learning-through-play ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
• Learn and support daily routines to ensure smooth transitions between meals, naps and play.
• Plan innovative, engaging learning experiences to support child development.
• Carry out high-quality observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Support mealtime supervision in line with N safety policies.
• Keep areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Commit to your apprenticeship path and gain your Early Years qualification.

As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you’ll gain hands‑on experience whilst working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). Rotating around the nursery rooms, you’ll give safe and inspirational care to every child you work with. As soon as your apprenticeship is finished, you’ll move into a qualified educator role with us and begin to build your future!

Your key responsibilities

• Make sure every area is kept clean and tidy throughout the day.
