Key Responsibilities

• Learn and support the delivery of our 'learning through play’ educational ethos and the N Curriculum;
• Support the implementation of daily routines;
• Assist in planning and observing learning experiences that challenge children's development;
• Contribute to observations, assessments, and planning;
• Support smooth transitions during key periods like sleep, mealtimes, and outings;
• Support mealtime supervision following policies to ensure children's safety;
• Adhere to all policies and procedures;
• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and team members;
• Promote safeguarding procedures and child welfare;
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health & safety;
• Follow all health & safety policies and conduct checks;
• Engage in reflective practice and commit to your learning journey;
• Follow the apprenticeship pathway to gain your early years qualification.
