We focus on creating a safe, stimulating environment that supports each child's development to achieve, thrive, and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Follow policies and procedures to meet the educational, social, physical, emotional, health, and welfare needs of children.
  • Engage in children's activities to stimulate and extend their learning.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity toward children and families.
  • Assist in the admission and induction of new children.
  • Maintain records to meet internal, E.Y.D.C.P, and Ofsted requirements.
  • Promote and participate in health and safety practices.
  • Respond to health and safety issues promptly and report them.
  • Participate in training and meetings as requested.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.
Qualifications and Training
  • Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required).
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities (ERR).
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS).
  • Complete Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Emergency Paediatric First Aid.
  • Training location to be confirmed.

Working hours are from 7.30 am to 6.00 pm, shifts to be confirmed. The position is term-time only. There is potential for ongoing employment upon qualification completion.
