Job Description

• Dealing with inbound incidents and requests via our help desk
• Logging, prioritising, and classifying tickets, acquiring as much information as possible
• First line support & investigation
• Escalating to an appropriate engineer where necessary
• Updating customers on their ticket progress
• Performing daily & weekly checks of backups and remote monitoring
• Keeping help desk up to date and ensuring every ticket has time logged
