Job summary

Sage is recruiting a curious apprentice to join our Enablement Engineer path in the UK. You’ll contribute to documentation, onboarding and technical assets while earning a Level 4 qualification. No degree required; curiosity and a drive to learn matter most.

You’ll work with Domain Services or Developer Portal teams, gaining exposure to APIs, cloud tech and modern software practices, with mentoring and structured development from day one.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (9–4) including English and Maths.
• A level or Level 3 IT/STEM-related qualification preferred.
• Genuine interest in technology and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering teams and partners with documentation and onboarding.
• Create and maintain technical docs, onboarding guides and knowledge articles.
• Work with AI-assisted tools to improve learning and developer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on questions and issues.
