Rodericks Dental Partners in Biggleswade invites you to train as a qualified dental nurse in a clinically led group offering NHS and private treatments. You will learn across four surgeries with modern equipment in a supportive team that values your development.

The programme combines hands-on experience, assessments, and mentorship to help you progress toward your Dental Nurse qualification. GCSEs are desirable, and there are strong opportunities for career growth within our nationwide practice

• GCSEs in English and Maths are desirable but not essential; enthusiasm matters most.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sterilise, and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Keep treatment areas clean and organised to meet hygiene standards.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients before, during, and after treatment.
• Complete coursework and assessments as part of the dental nursing qualification.
• Participate in training sessions and development activities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare, sterilise, and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Help keep treatment areas clean and organised to meet strict hygiene standards
• Provide reassurance and support to patients before, during, and after treatment
• Complete coursework and assessments as part of your dental nursing qualification
• Participate fully in training sessions and development activities

Skills and Attributes We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in healthcare and patient care
• Friendly, caring, and approachable personality
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including procedures where you may see blood or surgical treatments
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• An understanding that you will be on your feet throughout the day!
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths are desirable but not essential – enthusiasm and dedication matter most !
