A leading apprenticeship provider in London is offering an exciting opportunity for an apprentice customer service assistant. The role involves contributing to goals and targets within a customer service setting, with varied shifts across multiple locations. STM Group have an excellent opportunity to join us as an apprentice customer service assistant. The position will be based at various locations, which will be defined by the client's network. You will be responsible for contributing to specific goals and targets set in accordance with the defined role.
Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)
Level: 2
Route: Sales, marketing and procurement
Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate
Working Week: You will be working a variety of shifts across the MTR route over a period of seven days – Sunday to Saturday. You will be required to open or close the stations as required by the business, on the basis of 4 hours opening / 4 hours closing
Expected Duration: 12 Months
