Job description

Maidens of Telford are recruiting an Apprentice Customer Service Administrator to join their team at their site in Telford.

  • Mon – Friday
  • 40 hours per week
  • National Minimum Wage, age relevant
  • Course: Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
  • Start date: 2025

About the job:

  • Calling customers and informing them of dates and times of deliveries
  • Answering customer calls and managing customer enquiries
  • Ensuring all paperwork and emails are organised within Customer Service departmental functions
  • Making sure POD’s are uploaded correctly into relevant systems for customers
  • Monitoring deliveries to customers ensuring deliveries are made on time
