We're seeking someone passionate about customer service, with strong organizational and communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided through our Performance Academy, along with online and induction training.

Role Description

• Provide excellent customer service daily.
• Guide customers through the Stellantis &You UK Customer Journey.
• Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Adopt new digital systems and processes.
• Propose and sell additional work via Vehicle Health Checks.
• Quote and sell Service Plans to retain customers.
• Encourage feedback through exit briefings and follow-ups.
• Serve as the main contact point for customer inquiries.
• Estimate repair costs and times.
• Address concerns regarding repairs.
• Update customers on progress and additional work needed.
• Prepare invoices and process payments.
