We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Craftsperson Fitter to join our dynamic team in Leeds. This apprenticeship is designed to align with the IET Engineering Technician standards, providing a comprehensive pathway to an exciting career in engineering.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Work closely with expert engineers to develop practical skills and technical knowledge
  • Participate in hands-on training and classroom-based learning to achieve the IET Engineering Technician qualification
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety
  • Take part in efforts for continuous improvement initiatives and projects
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and training completed

  • What You Bring

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs in Maths, English, and Science (or equivalent)
  • At a minimum, a Level 2 qualification in a relatable course, such as an Electrical Installation Course
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Passion for engineering and a strong desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Capable of working independently and receiving guidance as required
