RAND Europe, a not-for-profit policy research organisation, is seeking an Apprentice Communications Assistant for a two-year fixed term contract. This role offers hands-on experience in communication and PR, allowing for the development of essential skills while working towards a Level 4 PR & Communications qualification. You will engage in creating content, stakeholder engagement, and support various communication campaigns designed to influence policy and decision-making.

We are looking to appoint an Apprentice Communications Assistant on a two-year fixed term contract.
This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and develop essential skills in the field of PR and Communications while working towards a recognised qualification. This role will support the delivery of effective communication campaigns and activities across multiple channels, helping to promote key messages to a variety of audiences.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and content production while ensuring the development of the skills aligned with best practices in public relations, research, and project delivery.
Studies will be delivered online by the Cambridge Marketing College over a 14 month period. At the end of the apprenticeship you will have gained the Level 4 PR & Communications Assistant Apprenticeship.
By the end of the apprenticeship, you will have gained hands-on experience in communications, content creation, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support, providing you with essential skills for a successful career in communications and public relations.
£24,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
