As an Apprentice Commis Chef, you will be given the opportunity to work in our sushi kitchen particularly in the hot section, serving stylish modern Japanese food in a fast-paced environment.

You will also study one day per week at Westminster Kingsway on their renowned Commis Chef Apprentice course.

Working 4 days out of 7, as our Commis Chef, reporting to the Sous Chef you will be responsible for the production of delectable and authentic dishes. Your 5th day will be studying at Westminster Kingsway in London, which will be included in your salary.

You will have a passion for food and for Beaverbrook, with outstanding attention to detail.

Salary: Up to £27,600 per annum
