Handrail Creations Ltd has an excellent opportunity for a talented person with a passion for Engineering to join a leading manufacturer as a CNC Programmer!

You will help produce bespoke handrails and other items for some of the most prestigious construction projects in the UK. The role is 100% PC-based, involving programming with CAM software, understanding manufacturing methods, tooling, etc., requiring excellent computer skills.

Day-to-day activities:

1. Creating programs for 5-axis CNC milling machines
2. Understanding customer drawings and 3D models
3. Working to tolerances and understanding machine capabilities
4. Measuring and drawing a wide range of tooling
5. Simulating machine movements and working under pressure
6. Managing and scheduling own work
7. Collaborating with design and production teams to meet schedules
