About the Role

Based in London, this role assists the Client Services team in responding to our clients’ design, printing and distribution requirements. Working directly with both Southwark and Lambeth Councils, you’ll provide high-quality customer service, dealing with complex customer requests and queries.

Alongside day-to-day duties, you’ll also undertake L3 Customer Service Specialist and Print Administration NVQ Apprenticeship, meaning you gain recognised qualifications whilst working in a permanent, full-time role.

  • Receiving client briefs, questioning clients, listening, and summarising their requirements.
  • Proactively gather customer and client feedback, managing client satisfaction and issues.
  • Analyse feedback, and evaluate the meaning, implication, and facts.
  • Keep in contact with clients and suppliers via phone/Teams/email on a regular basis and building strong relationships.
  • Develop knowledge of new and relevant regulations and industry best practice.
  • Make recommendations based on your findings to enable service improvements.
  • Develop a cost-conscious mindset when meeting customer and business needs (budgeting/finance).
  • Your time will be split between working in-house with the two councils, and from home.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be currently living in Greater London to be eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who will

  • Assist our Print Operations teams.
Requirements
  • A minimum of Maths & English GCSE (Level 4, C, or above) or equivalent qualifications.
  • Good awareness of MS Office or equivalent packages.
  • Excellent team player with initiative to be self-reliant.
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and able to tailor your guidance based on the customer.
  • Experienced verbal and written communicator.
  • Proactive and creative when identifying solutions.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with colleagues at all levels (director to junior) to achieve results.
It would also be beneficial, but not essential to have
  • Be able to work from home at/in an office-style set up.
