Beeston Manor is a family run and owned business set in 140 acres of land at Hoghton near Preston. We have fourteen en-suite bedrooms available, a license to hold civil ceremonies, a restaurant and two function rooms which have the backdrop view of stunning panoramic views. The venue is also close to the M6, M61 and M65 motorway networks and also has the facility of a helicopter pad. Description

• You will be preparing food, serving on the pass during events including multi-course meal wedding breakfast service. Event sizes range from 30 to 180 guests.
• You will be required to work along side our team preparing and serving fresh food to a high standard.
• Other duties will include preparing/cooking breakfast, restaurant service and preparing/cooking buffets.

Requirements

• Must be able to work independently as well in a team.
• Ability to multi-task, remain focused and calm, and have excellent verbal communication skills.
• 2 years’ experience in banqueting and restaurant service is required.
• The must be able to work day time, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• You must have transport to and from work. The bus routes and railway are not close by to Beeston Manor.
