Job Title: Apprentice Chef

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Location: Milton Hill House Hotel, Oxford, OX13 6AF

Reporting to: Executive Chef

Hours/working pattern: 40 Hours per week

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Apprentice Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Levy on a full-time basis contracted to 40 Hours per week.

As an Apprentice Chef, you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our customers. Due to contractual requirements candidates must be aged 18+. Candidates will require their own method of transport as no transport is provided with this role and shift patterns vary as per business needs.

You do not need to have any experience to apply for this vacancy as full training will be provided as part of the Apprenticeship!

On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Commis Chef L2 and become a qualified Chef.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the kitchen team in the preparation and serving of all meals associated with the hotel.
• To follow best practice and safe working to deliver exceptional food at the highest standard.
• Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and events including weddings.
• Under the guidance and stewardship of a Head Chef and Executive Chef, learn and deploy skill to work in a fun and engaging kitchen environment, serving top quality foods consistently.
