Greene King is offering an Apprentice Chef role within its Community Pubs, designed to train under a structured mentor-led programme. You will join a busy kitchen, learning to prepare and present dishes that meet high standards while maintaining hygiene and safety.

As part of the Chef Academy, you will attend masterclasses across four areas of cooking and progress with support from a Lifetime Learner Coach. This is a full-time apprenticeship in hospitality with strong development potential.

Qualifications

• Interest in cooking and kitchen operations.

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team in order to provide high-quality meals to customers on time.
• Keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions.
