Greene King is offering an Apprentice Chef role within Flaming Grill, focusing on creating high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You will learn the full culinary process, from preparation to presentation, while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

The program includes four masterclasses as part of the Chef Academy, with on-the-job coaching, mentorship, and opportunities to advance as you gain skills in multiple cooking areas.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeships are delivered through work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach.
• Support includes a mentor on site and remote coaching sessions every 6 weeks.
• Reviews every 12 weeks with the Apprentice, Line Manager and Lifetime Learner Coach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food that meets specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to guarantee team and visitor safety.
• Communicate clearly with your team to provide high-quality meals on time.
• Keep up to date with new products, menus, and promotions.
