Apprentice Chef – Bespoke Hotel Academy Relaunch

Location: The Chester Grosvenor

Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time)

Programme Duration: 12–18 months

This is a rare opportunity to learn your craft in one of the UK’s most prestigious hotels, working alongside Executive Chef Elliot Hill and other leading culinary professionals.

Your Culinary Journey starts with a rotation across key outlets and services.

  • The Arkle – our signature fine-dining restaurant
  • La Brasserie – our vibrant 2 AA Rosette restaurant
  • Meetings & Events Catering
  • Pastry and Bakery Kitchens

With 20% dedicated learning time and 80% hands-on kitchen experience, you’ll develop your culinary foundation in a supportive, professional environment.
