Consensus Support Services Limited (trades as Consensus) is seeking an Apprentice Support Worker at Royal Gardens, Wixams, Bedfordshire. You’ll learn on the job while supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in a specialist Supported Living setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care preferred or willingness to learn.
• Able to support individuals with diverse needs in a residential setting.
• Commitment to safeguarding and person-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs in daily living.
• Help residents engage in meaningful activities and community participation.
• Communicate effectively, respecting individual communication needs.
• Assist with leisure and social activities and celebrate special occasions.
• Support with shifts as part of a rotational 37.5-hour week.
