To provide effective business support to the Children & Families Service, to contribute to their service delivery and achievement of their team objectives.
Implementation of all administrative processes along the patient/service user pathway to ensure their journey is carried out efficiently, smoothly and in accordance with targets and agreed timescales for Healthy child programme mandated contacts, new referrals -movements in or out, Children Looked After and child protection caseloads.
