As an apprentice, you will learn how to undertake the following day-to-day tasks:

  • Provide high-quality service to customers and internal departments which will be delivered from the workplace digitally, by telephone or on occasion, by going out to see the customer.
  • Learn how to use systems, equipment and technology, and update both internal and external systems with the required data.
  • Understand the products or services that are available from the organisation and keep up to date.
  • Produce accurate records and documents including emails, letters, files, payments, reports and proposals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships within your own team and across the organisation.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills and behaviours.
  • Undertake administrative duties across the senior leadership team including minute taking, filing (electronic and hard copy), arranging travel and development of reports for both internal and external use.
