Our Client, a large Lloyds Insurance Broker, has an excellent opportunity for an Apprentice Business Analyst to join their growing Operations/IT team in London. The role involves supporting the Business Analysis team by handling BAU issues and small changes.
Main Duties:
- Assist Senior Business Analysts with assigned analysis tasks.
- Conduct workshops with the business to elicit and document requirements and priorities.
- Analyze business requirements and create artefacts such as user stories, wireframes, data flows, process maps, and business requirements documents.
- Use design thinking or similar approaches to define needs, generate ideas, and prototype solutions.
- Analyze and document 'as is' business processes and model the 'to be' future processes.
- Act as SME within the team, owning artefacts.
- Perform data analysis, impact analysis, data quality checks, migration, and reconciliation.
- Facilitate acceptance testing, develop UAT scenarios and scripts.
- Develop and deliver training and materials.
- Prepare and deliver presentations.
- Provide support and advice on technology to the business.
- Build strong relationships at all levels within the business.
- Act as liaison between business, IT, and external parties.
Key Skills Required:
- On target or completed 3 A-Levels or equivalent (Grade C or above).
- At least 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above).
- Strong IT skills.
- Effective time management.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Information:
- Permanent role based in London.
- Salary: £23,000.
