Job summary

About this opportunity

Are you passionate about property and eager to develop a career in a well-established estate agency? Adore Properties is looking for a full-time sales and lettings apprentice to join their experienced team.

Applicants' daily duties will include:

  1. Preparing property brochures for new listings and ensuring compliance
  2. Managing the general mailbox: responding to emails, printing enquiries, forwarding emails to colleagues
  3. Liaising with vendors, updating them on marketing progress, and discussing ideas to generate interest
  4. Booking viewings with vendors and applicants, seeking new business opportunities
  5. Processing rental applications, preparing tenancy paperwork
  6. Negotiating offers when appropriate
  7. Managing window displays and sales boards, keeping them up to date
  8. Direct canvassing after an offer is accepted
  9. Providing feedback from viewings and updating vendors
  10. Managing social media adverts, including Facebook
  11. Handling incoming telephone enquiries
  12. Performing ad hoc duties as required
  13. Managing tenancy agreements and deposits with DPS
  14. Coordinating team diaries to ensure office coverage
  15. Updating property status on portals and removing listings when sold or let
  16. Registering applicants and matching them with suitable properties
  17. Interacting with leads from property portals and the company's website
  18. Providing constructive feedback to clients
  19. Proactively seeking new business opportunities through customer interactions
  20. Chasing invoices for late payments
