Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen is seeking an Apprentice Brewer to engage with the local community, oversee stock and ingredient orders, and brew the beer that defines our pubs. You will design recipes, audit quality, and learn under experienced brewers while keeping guests at the heart of your craft.

You’ll be a people person, energetic and communicative, delivering educational experiences in beer and brewing. Relocation support is offered if required; the apprenticeship lasts 18 months as a fixed-term

Qualifications

• Relocation required to meet business needs.
• Level 4 qualification or higher and GCB certificate.
• Strong communication and people skills; customer-facing experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design recipes and oversee ingredient ordering and audits.
• Brewing beer and delivering educational experiences to guests.
• Control stock and manage budgets per company specifications.
• Support and guide the team in management meetings and set clear goals.
