Job summary

Halfords Autocentres is offering an apprentice vehicle technician role based at the Leven site in Fife. The programme combines on-the-job training with a day release college module, typically 5 days per week and 40 hours weekly (44h for over 18s).

You'll learn safety, servicing, diagnostics, and repair skills across engines, chassis and electrical systems, with ongoing mentoring and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above (Or Equivalents)
• Friendly, helpful, team-oriented with a desire to build a career as an Auto Vehicle Technician
• Interest in cars and solving problems
• Able to use hands and have a fit attitude due to manual work involved
• Knowledge of motor vehicle maintenance
• Enjoys fixing problems with cars
