Job description

Cox Motor Group is seeking to recruit an Apprentice Aftersales Advisor to work within our highly-rated Aftersales department in Southport. In this exciting position, you will be trained to cover all aspects of our Aftersales team, ranging from parts advisor duties to service advisor duties. You will receive first-class training to enable you to excel in the role and to provide the best service to our customers, whether discussing their parts requirements or the service of their vehicle.

As an Apprentice Aftersales Advisor, you will undergo apprenticeship training to develop within your role. Your training will equip you with skills such as:
  • Mechanical awareness and understanding of cars and car parts
  • Knowledge of Kerridge DMS
  • Enhanced customer service skills
  • Teamwork to support increased profit and sales
The responsibilities of an Aftersales Advisor include:
  • Handling customer inquiries swiftly, courteously, and efficiently
  • Communicating effectively via email, telephone, and face-to-face
  • Recording all items and services supplied to customers
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and Group CSI standards
  • Observing all health and safety regulations, COSHH regulations, and company policies in line with the code of practice
