About the Role:
As a Reward and Benefit Administrator Apprentice, you will support the HR team in delivering a competitive and engaging reward strategy. You'll assist in the administration of employee benefits, salary reviews, recognition programs, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the administration of employee benefits including pensions, private medical, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Assist with data entry and reporting related to compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Help maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Respond to employee queries regarding benefits and rewards.
- Contribute to reward-related projects and process improvements.

Required: Applicants are required to have, or predicted to obtain, GCSE Grade A*-C / 9-4 or Functional Skills Level 2 (or equivalent) in the following subjects:
- English
- Maths
- One other subject
What qualification are you working toward? Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based learning, meaning all training is done at the workplace, eliminating the need to attend college. The successful candidate will be allocated a tutor who will provide a mixture of interactive online group teaching and 1-1 training monthly.
