Overview

Job summary: This is a development role with the Apprentice working towards Administration Officer / Safeguarding Admin Officer.

The Apprentice will undertake a period of 21 months training under the direction and supervision of a member of the team. They will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship with MBKB training to complete all work based and academic elements to progress through the programme.

On successful completion of the Apprenticeship Programme (including the End Point Assessment), achievement of all work based competencies (including professional and performance measures), achievement of all academic requirements and confirmation of the professional award/registration, they will be offered a substantive Admin Officer/ Safeguarding Officer post.

Main duties of the job

To provide efficient and effective confidential administrative support to the 0-19(25) Growing Healthy Team / Safeguarding Team. Work in conjunction with colleagues, service users and internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will work under indirect supervision and will directly contribute to the efficient running of the service.
