Your role and responsibilities

As an administration assistant, you will play a crucial role in our team. You will assist with general office tasks, including handling mail, ordering office supplies, and supporting meetings and office administration.

Additionally, you will get to improve your digital skills by using tools like SharePoint and other digital workplace features.

On a daily basis, you might find yourself collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the smooth operation of our office.

Your apprenticeship

  • 18 months

The team

You will be part of the Business Support team within Public Health. The team is made up of three members, including yourself. We are motivated by supporting our colleagues and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Our team values collaboration, and we typically come into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure we have face-to-face time.
