A public health agency in Wales is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant Apprentice to join their Improvement and Innovation team. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and rapidly growing team as an Admin Assistant Apprentice within the Improvement and Innovation team, based in the Nursing, Quality and Integrated Governance Directorate (NQIG).
The NQIG Directorate brings together three key divisions: Nursing and Quality, Integrated Governance, and the National Safeguarding Service. Our shared mission is to enhance quality and capability across public health services in Wales. We do this by engaging with, enabling, and empowering those we work with and serve, helping to build a healthier future for all.
Apprenticeship for 18 months until 31/03/2027.
An assessment will take place at Capital Quarter 2, Cardiff on 11/8/25. Interviews are scheduled for 13/8/25.

We're Public Health Wales, and we're on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Improvement and Innovation team as an Admin Assistant Apprentice for 18 months.
So, what's the role all about?In this role, you'll be the glue that holds everything together in our dynamic team.
From managing diaries and organising meetings to keeping on top of essential admin tasks, you'll learn how to keep things moving efficiently.
You'll work alongside a supportive team, picking up practical skills and real-world experience while completing a fully funded Level 2 Digital Skills for Business apprenticeship. You will have the opportunity for hybrid working from home and our office in Cardiff. Training will be delivered using a mixture of face-to-face and remote learning sessions.
