These roles are essential for the safe delivery of care within the Trust. The post holder will undertake general administrative and customer service duties for colleagues, patients, and visitors during the apprenticeship.

Requirements: Successful applicants will be required to complete 7.5 hours of study time per week.

Roles may include:

You may be based at Calderdale Royal Hospital or Huddersfield Royal Infirmary but will be expected to work across both sites depending on service needs. Some roles may involve working in community clinics.

We are a dedicated Trust with a strong team ethos. You must demonstrate the ability to work effectively as part of a team and possess excellent communication skills. The role offers a variety of skills, which may vary depending on the specific vacancy.

We employ over 6,500 staff delivering compassionate care across our hospitals, community sites, health centres, and patients' homes. We are also proud to have nearly 150 volunteers supporting our services.

Our services include urgent and emergency care, medical and surgical services, maternity, gynaecology, critical care, children's and young people's services, end-of-life care, and outpatient and diagnostic imaging services. We also provide community health services, including sexual health services at Calderdale Royal and local health centres such as Todmorden Health Centre and Broad Street Plaza.

As a foundation trust, we are committed to modernising and investing in health services, driven by our independent board and responsive to the needs of patients, staff, and the community. Foundation trusts aim to improve quality and provide flexible, community-focused healthcare.
