The Apprentice Accounts Payable Analyst will learn to review supplier invoices, complete appropriate checks for business approval and/or PO match and enter the invoice details to Catalent's ERP system.

You will develop skills in the following areas:

• The correct indexing and coding of invoices
• Accurate input of invoice data to the system
• Participate in AP workflow tasks and monitor assigned site's invoicing/payment processing
• Ensure all supplier payments are accurate and comply with various company policies
• Comply with discount processes to ensure Catalent receives full value of all supplier discounts earned
