About The Job
  • To maintain the accuracy and timely reporting on the sales ledger and the purchase ledger
  • To ensure that the purchase invoice log is current and any outstanding unauthorised invoices are followed up with the authoriser
  • To post and allocate customer remittances and receipts
  • Credit control administration
  • To perform bank reconciliation and supplier statement reconciliation
  • Assist the Management Accountant with journal postings and reporting
  • Raising sales invoices
