What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Apprentice, you'll be supporting our team to deliver outstanding service to both clients and candidates. Your day-to-day will include:

• Learning how to source, screen, and interview candidates
• Supporting job advertising and candidate attraction
• Building strong relationships with clients and jobseekers
• Maintaining our recruitment database and systems
• Working towards targets and learning how to place candidates into roles
