Apprenticeship Program Overview

Embark on an enriching 18–24-month journey as an apprentice, with training available at academies, regional hubs, or in-salon (dependent on location). Upon completion, apprentices achieve a Hair Professional Standard Level 2 accreditation.

Schedule

Work a full 40-hour week, Tuesday to Saturday.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an authentic, relaxing, and top-tier experience for clients.
• Deliver professional shampoo treatments to enhance client satisfaction.
• Provide warm hospitality, including refreshments.
• Maintain the salon's impeccable presentation.

Some apprentices may participate in global brand activities, including stage work, backstage assistance, and events like London Fashion Week and Salon International.
