Contract: Fixed Term

Salary: £7.55 per hour

This role offers a broad scope and significantly impacts the efficiency of our business. Supporting all areas, you will develop and refine your skills quickly. You will gain insight into our business and be part of a team dedicated to providing the best guest experience. Working across multiple departments, you will anticipate guest needs and assist with their requests. If not supporting guests, you will support a Head of Department in achieving excellence in their area.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with department heads to ensure all areas are impeccably presented
• Providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed guest needs
• Working collaboratively across departments to offer support as required
• Guiding guests through the resort to ensure a welcoming and relaxing experience
