Organisation Table Tennis England Salary This is a voluntary position Location Board meetings will usually take place in London, Milton Keynes, or virtually. Contract type Volunteer Closing date 2 July 2025 Interview date 11 July 2025 Job Description This year we are due to appoint two Non-Executive Directors, and the Board is looking to strengthen its skills, experience and knowledge in the following areas;

FINANCE
Experience and Expertise: An expert in financial accounting, analysis, and reporting with an accounting qualification. Proficiency in areas
such as budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial planning, and analysis (E)
Board Advisory Committee: Previous experience as Chair of a Finance and Audit Committee (D)

LEGAL
Experience and Expertise: Extensive experience in the legal field, possessing strong knowledge of governance. Preferably in a sporting or non-profit sector (E)
Board Advisory Committee: Previous experience as a Chair of a Governance and Risk Committee (D)

Qualifications: Qualified solicitor (D)

HR/PEOPLE

Experience and Expertise: Strategic HR Leadership and Alignment, People Management and Culture, Compliance and Legal Matters (D)

Board Advisory Committee: Previous experience as a Chair of a People Committee (D)

ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL & GOVERNANCE
Experience: Knowledge of Environmental and Social Governance in relation to long term sustainability (D)
Board Responsibility: Previous experience as a Chair of an ESG working group to support the delivery of our Sustainability Strategy (D)

WELFARE & SAFETY
Experience and Expertise: Experience within health, safety and wellbeing including in the strategic requirements in a sporting or non-profit sector (D)
