Main Duties

1. Opening and locking school premises daily.
2. Carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, and general site duties.
3. Ensuring buildings and grounds are clean, safe, and secure.
4. Monitoring health and safety standards and responding to issues.
5. Liaising with external contractors and supervising work on-site.
6. Managing site supplies and reporting issues to school leadership.

Skills And Qualifications

1. Legal Right to Work in the UK: You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
2. Enhanced Child DBS: You must have an Enhanced Child DBS check or be willing to undertake one (we can help with this).
3. Experience in a caretaker, site supervisor, or facilities role: ideally within a school.
4. Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
