We are looking for a researcher in cutting-edge LLM technologies for applications across Alexa, AWS, and other Amazon businesses. In this role, you will innovate in the fastest-moving fields of current AI research, particularly in integrating a broad range of structured and unstructured information into AI systems (e.g., with RAG techniques), and apply your results to highly visible Amazon products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• PhD, or a Master's degree with experience in CS, CE, ML, or related fields
• Publications or patents at top-tier conferences or journals
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python, or related languages
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, parsing, optimization, data mining, parallel/distributed/high-performance computing
• Experience building machine learning models for business applications
• Experience with natural language processing and/or multi-modal data processing (e.g., images)
