Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a qualified teacher of A level Biology looking for a new September role in Warrington?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a specialist Human Biology teacher to join one of the best colleges in the North West.

Applicants should be available for an in-person interview in Warrington.

This is a full-time role starting from September 2024.

The Role

• Teaching A Level Biology and BTEC Extended Certificate in Applied Science.
• Normal teaching hours are 9am to 4pm.
• Delivering outstanding lessons in Human Biology and Applied Science.
• Possessing excellent subject knowledge and innovative teaching skills.
• Supporting students to achieve higher education aspirations.
• Supporting an expanding Science Faculty as a team player.

The college is interested in hearing from both Early Career Teachers and experienced QTS teachers.

Requirements

• Possess a teaching qualification for post-compulsory or secondary education (PGCE / PCET).
• Subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references.
• Provide a CV with full employment and education history, explaining any employment gaps.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK without restrictions.
