Responsibilities

• Turn ambiguity into shipped ML systems across production environments.
• Own AI systems end-to-end from data to deployment.
• Work with institutions to understand decision workflows and constraints.
• Apply LLMs, RL fine-tuning, and agentic systems to real problems.
• Design evaluation suites and monitoring for production models.
• Improve data collection, labeling, and training loops with feedback.
• Raise the bar on model reliability, latency, and cost considerations.
